Start of the certificate course:"Ethical Leadership in Healthcare"
The certificate course "Ethical Leadership in Healthcare" is a cooperation between the European Club for Excellence in Leadership and Management (EULEAD) and Karl Landsteiner Private University. The first course will begin in November 2022.
The course teaches modern, ethics-oriented leadership skills as well as methods to increase performance and satisfaction by establishing a sustainable, strategy-compliant corporate culture. Through the practical orientation of the course and the learning of tools for leadership and development of employees, the understanding for organisational changes and the basis for the effective implementation in the respective health care institutions is created.
