Mental Health: HLW Krems visiting KL
As part of the school partnership, a lecture on mental health was held at the KL for students from HLW Krems.
At the end of June, the HLW Krems visited KL. As part of the school cooperation, Dr Jürgen Goller, Head of the psychology study programme, gave an exciting lecture on the topic of "Mental Health" together with psychology student Jana.
Although recent years have clearly shown that mental health problems and illnesses are becoming increasingly common among young people, the topic of mental health is still discussed very hesitantly and with caution.
In his interactive presentation, Jürgen Goller spoke about happiness and the biggest mental and social challenges facing young people. The discussion also covered fears, depression and self-image, and what these have to do with the real lives of young people.
