Applying

After you have registered successfully, you will receive a personal access link to activate your account. You can save your online application at any point and resume editing it at a later time. We recommend completing the online application as early as possible. This is because only complete application documents (including any follow-up requests for documents from KL) that reach us by the application deadline will be checked for compliance with the admission requirements and taken into consideration in the selection process.

Once all necessary information has been collated and the required documents have been uploaded, you can submit your application. You will receive a confirmation email that your complete application has been received.

Application instructions

When you submit your application, you will receive the payment information for the administration fee. Only after receipt of the administration fee will your application be reviewed and a decision made as to whether you will be admitted to the selection process for your chosen study programme. International transfer students should be aware that transaction fees are not chargeable to KL.

An administration fee will be charged for the selection process. You will receive your personal payment information when you submit your application. Administration fees cannot be refunded. Only payments made on time and in full will be considered.

• €390 (Medicine)
• €200 (Psychology)
• €640 (Lateral Entry Medical Studies)
   

Once your documents have been approved, you can register for the next stage of the selection process.

The selection process will only consider applicants who:

• have registered for an online application
• have submitted all of the application documents correctly
• meet the admission requirements or will have met them at the time of admission
• have paid the administration fee correctly and on time
