KL at the Krems Campus
Karl Landsteiner University of Health Sciences is situated in an attractive academic environment: its location at the Krems Campus allows it to profit from the existing infrastructure of a well-established, internationally sought-after teaching and research environment.
The 34,000 square metre grounds are home to the University for Continuing Education Krems, IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems, the Austrian Film Gallery, and the Archive of Contemporary Arts. The Krems campus offers around 7,600 students an ideal environment for study, research, and leisure. The abundant and well-coordinated range of professional development and training courses covers the needs of students of all relevant age groups.
The Krems Campus has state-of-the-art teaching and research facilities, student flats, cafés and an art-house cinema. The revitalised former boiler house of the Austria Tabak factory with its distinctive chimney stack serves as an eye-catching landmark.
