How do I find a particular journal and how do I find out whether KL has licensed it and to what extent?

On the KLever homepage, there is a link to "Journals" at the top left:

Here you can search for a specific journal or display journals by subject. Attention: Here you can only see the journals that KL has licensed (in whole or in part)!

z. B.: Search for "JAMA" (Journal of American Medical Association):

Several journals of the American Medical Association are found, all of which have the word "JAMA" in the title. Clicking on "Full-text access" takes you to the options for viewing the respective journal:
 

All issues of JAMA from July 1998 to date (excluding the previous month) are accessible in full text. Click on "MEDLINE Complete" for an overview of volumes and issues of the journal:

If you select an issue here (note - in the case of "JAMA" not the most recent month), all articles from this issue are displayed and can be read, saved, shared etc. via the link to the full text:
