If the training contract has been signed and you wish to withdraw from the contract, the withdrawal deadlines and administrative fees according to our GTC apply.
Summarized, there are the following deadlines (for more detailed information, please refer to point 5 of our current GTC):
- Up to 6 weeks before the start of the course, withdrawal is required without stating a reason for withdrawal.
- After expiration of the above 6-week period, withdrawal up to 1 week before the start of studies is only possible with the acquisition of a place at a domestic, state university in the same field of study; corresponding proof must be provided (e.g. confirmation of place).
In both cases an administrative fee has to be paid (see general terms and conditions).
- If both of the above-mentioned deadlines have passed, withdrawal is only possible for the reasons listed in the General Terms and Conditions. If none of the reasons listed in the General Terms and Conditions apply, the tuition fee for the entire period of study must be paid in full.
In this context, we would also like to point out the provisions according to § 11 FAGG (point 5.2., GTC): "In the case of education contracts concluded exclusively by means of distance selling, students are entitled to withdraw from the education contract within 14 (fourteen) working days from the conclusion of the contract without stating any reasons."
