General practitioner scholarship: Start of the submission deadline
On 1st August 2022, the submission deadline for the General practitioner scholarship starts.

The funding programme initiated by the province of Lower Austria in cooperation with the Austrian Ministry of Education starts with the academic year 2022/23 and is aimed at students of human medicine at an Austrian university who undertake to work as a general practitioner for at least 5 years in a region of the province of Lower Austria after completing their postgraduate training.
Up to 10 students per academic year will be funded, who start at least with the third academic year and can prove positive academic success of the previous year. The deadline for submission is 11th September 2022.
