Recent publication
A team of researchers developed a self-management intervention for people with multiple sclerosis. Professor Dr Hanna Mayer, head of the Department of Nursing Science with a focus on Person-Centred care research was part of the team. TThey also created a program theory for it. The nurse-led intervention includes a consultation guide and a care team skills coordination plan. Outcomes and effects on self-efficacy are recorded and documented.
The study was conducted at a Swiss rehabilitation clinic and published open access in the Evaluation and Program Planning journal.
