Sport and Exercise
With the Danube Cycle Path, the bathing arena, the artificial ice rink, the sports hall and numerous active sports clubs, the city of Krems offers a wide range of sports and recreational opportunities.
From rowing clubs and beach volleyball clubs to running clubs and cycling clubs, you will find a complete overview of all the associations and clubs located in Krems here. Supra-regional running events such as the Wachau Marathon attract many runners every year. The regional City Run Krems, with start and finish at Campus Krems, is another highlight on the running calendar. The course leads into the centre and through the old town of Krems and allows the public to be up close and personal along the entire route.
University Sports Institute Krems (USI)
The University Sports Institute Krems (USI) offers students and employees of all Krems universities a diverse programme of courses, events and discounts at sports and leisure facilities. The comprehensive course programme is a good way to maintain fitness and balance in addition to the daily work and study routine.
The USI programme includes eight different areas: Relaxation, Dance, Gymnastics & Fitness, Ball Sports, Outdoor Sports, Aquatics, Family Sports, Asian Martial Arts. In total, there are 60 different options from Aikido to Zumba to get fit through the year.

- The earlier you register, the more certain you are of a place. If you decide late and want to attend a course, this is still possible - as long as space is still available.
COSTS
The costs for the respective course can be found in the current course programme, the prices are listed per semester. Students and employees receive a 20% discount on the normal price according to the course programme.

Become a member of the KL football team, the "KL Panthers". Whether as an active player or as a fan, all are welcome and good atmosphere and fun are guaranteed!
KL Pink Panthers
The Pink Panthers are the KL volleyball team! We are a team formed in October 2019 consisting of motivated female players with varying levels of experience. Our weekly meetings are to learn different styles of play and improve our skills so that we can participate in competitions in the near future.
