The webinar is aimed at applicants for an ERC Starting Grant as well as applicants for the ERC Consolidator Grant. ERC Starting Grants support young researchers who are becoming scientifically independent and whose PhD was completed at least two and no more than seven years ago. Excellent young scientists whose PhD was awarded between seven and twelve years ago can apply for an ERC Consolidator Grant to consolidate their research agenda with their team.

Places for participation are limited and will be allocated according to the time of registration and specific submission intentions.
Potential applicants can talk to reviewers about the evaluation process in the webinar. There are three topic-specific dates:

  • Thursday, 16 May 3 - 5 pm for researchers in the field of Physical Sciences and Engineering - Register
  • Wednesday, 22 May for researchers in the field of Life Sciences - Register
  • Friday, 24 May May for researchers in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities - Register
