In the chapter "Co-creating research" in the book "Routledge International Handbook of Participatory Approaches in Ageing Research", Katrin Lehner, BA MA, from the Division of Gerontology and Charlotte Gruber report on their experiences in the research project "SEVEN - Socially Excluded Older Adults". Charlotte Gruber participated in the research project through the Open Science approach and describes how she became a team member and how she felt about her involvement. Kathrin Lehner reports on the co-creation process from her perspective as an academic researcher. The book is edited by Anna Urbaniak and Anna Wanka and published by Routledge Open Access. The book chapter by Kathrin Lehner and Charlotte Gruber can be found in Part 7 - Voices and experiences of older co-researchers starting on page 365.
