Petra Zieglmayer from the scientific working group Danube Allergy Research Cluster (DARC) at Karl Landsteiner University summarizes different allergen provocation tests in a review she co-authored with colleagues from the Vienna Challenge Chamber. The safety of conjunctival, nasal, and bronchial provocation tests, as well as provocations in allergen exposure chambers, were evaluated, as well as the possibilities and limitations of the aforementioned tests. The review was published in the journal "Allergologie select".
