Spatiotemporal phase slip patterns for visual evoked potentials,

... covert object naming tasks, and insight moments extracted from 256 channel EEG recordings

Recent publication

Dr Uwe Graichen, PostDoc in the Division of Biostatistics and Data Science conducted a methodological work together with colleagues from Iceland, America, Germany and the Netherlands. Together they investigated the possibility of gaining further information about the brain from EEG data. Specifically, they were able to show that phase transitions between different brain areas can be derived from EEG data. The publication is freely available in the journal "Frontiers in Integrative Neuroscience".
