(How) Do We Theorize?
A Focused Mapping Review and Synthesis of Theoretical Nursing Research in the German-Speaking Area

Researchers from the Division of Nursing Science reviewed the current literature in nursing journals from German-speaking countries. They looked for publications in which theories in the field of nursing were established and formed. While the researchers found 11 papers in which existing theories were reviewed or revised, approaches for new theories & theory formation were hardy present.
