The initiative of the Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology promotes the careers of women in research, technology and innovation, makes their experience and competences visible, and makes sound knowledge on the advancement of women and equal opportunities accessible. At the same time, the aim is to increase equal opportunities in research, technology and innovation.
