    Hintergrund

    To date, there are several open questions regarding the functional role of the AP-1 transcription factor family, particularly JunB, in plasma cell physiology and multiple myeloma pathophysiology. This study aims at delineating potential cross-regulatory mechanisms of JunB/PD-L1 and assesses the functional role of JunB in the regulation and modulation of tumor-specific immunoreactivity.
