The Forschungsimpulse, a package of measures to promote research at the University Hospitals of Karl Landsteiner University, aims to establish a university research infrastructure at the Hospitals, stimulate research activity and promote young scientists. The Evaluation report on the first phase of implementation of the 2019-2024 programme shows that the goals set have been achieved. In addition, the measures have met with a high level of acceptance among researchers. The Forschungsimpulse thus make a valuable contribution to the further development of Lower Austria as a centre of health and research.
