IT Services
The IT Services department at Karl Landsteiner University of Health Sciences is responsible for the organisation’s digital infrastructure. This includes ensuring the availability of internal and external services – such as file storage, computer workstations, media technology and all associated infrastructure – as well as safeguarding against external attacks.
Another key component is strategic planning, environmental analysis and the operational implementation of technical developments and up-to-date cybersecurity measures.
The service unit sees itself as an agile partner providing efficient digital support for all workflows and processes across all stakeholder groups at the Karl Landsteiner University.
