Wearables revolutionise psychological studies
Recent publication
The dissertation by Dr Selina Volsa MSc from the Department of Psychological Methodology shows how wearables can improve psychological studies. In the FWF project ‘Experience Sampling with Wearables: An open-source solution’, software developed at KL was used to utilise devices such as smartwatches and simple wearables for data collection in everyday life. These wearables proved to be more efficient and practical than smartphones, as they provide more reliable data that is closer to everyday life.
