Recent Publication
Friendships and dealing with emotions are particularly important for young people. To support them in this, the Transitional Psychiatry Research Centre and the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapeutic Medicine at Tulln University Hospital have developed a serious game. The game is designed to help young people improve their ability to regulate their emotions in social situations. The game was tested in an initial study with 166 young people. The participants praised the ease of use and entertainment value. Initial results show that personal emotion regulation increased, while interpersonal regulation decreased slightly.
