Psychotherapeutische Versorgung in Österreich – Herausforderungen, Chancen und Zukunftsperspektiven

In Austria, there are major differences in psychotherapeutic care - especially between urban and rural areas. Most therapists work in private practice, but only a few patients receive full payment for their treatment. Many have to pay themselves or are only partially reimbursed. A survey shows that many therapists would like to work with health insurance companies if payment were better. This shows how important reforms are - so that everyone in Austria has access to proper psychotherapeutic help.
