Problematic Online Dating: A Systematic Review of Definitions, Correlates, and Study Designs

Recent Publication

In a new review, the Research Centre Transitional Psychiatry at KL has investigated what is meant by problematic use of dating apps - and what consequences this can have. The analysis shows that there is no standardised definition of what is ‘problematic’. In the literature, mostly only questionnaires were used, which cannot depict long-term developments. The article was published in the ‘Journal of Medical Internet Research’ - open access was funded by KL.
