The Division of Psychological Methodology has analysed the connection between social media consumption and emotional prowness in a collaboration with the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. The scientists used data from adults from three different underlying studies for their analysis and re-evaluated them. In total, more than 3000 subjects were included. Thanks to the KL's open access funding, the publication is freely accessible in the journal ‘Collabra: Psychology’.
