Integrating ethics in digital mental healthcare technologies : a principle-based empirically grounded roadmap approach

Recent Publication

With the growing range of digital therapies and mental health apps, which often utilise game-like elements, it is becoming increasingly important to set ethical standards. A new publication by Dr Wanda Spahl MSc. Bakk. BA and Prof. Dr Giovanni Rubeis is dedicated to precisely this challenge. The researchers present an innovative method called PERA, which builds ethical guidelines not only on theoretical principles but also on the practical experiences of developers and users. The aim is to create a clear signpost that shapes the creation of digital health tools responsibly.
