European Respiratory Society statement on preschool wheezing disorders

The European Respiratory Society has published a statement on preschool wheezing disorders Open Access in the European Respiratory Journal. In addition to updating definitions, treatment recommendations are proposed and ‘blind spots’ in current knowledge are highlighted. Future research focus that is needed is listed. Prim. Assoc. Prof. PD Dr Thomas Eiwegger, Head of the Division of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at St. Pölten University Hospital, is a member of this working group.
