In this exploratory study, Dr. Verena Steiner-Hofbauer, Head of the Transitional Psychiatry Research Center and Marie Celine Dorczok, MSc, PreDoc of the Transitional Psychiatry Research Center shed light on the distinction between myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) and depression. They are investigating how symptoms, help-seeking behavior and lifestyle habits, particularly in relation to diet, influence the understanding of these diseases. The article on this project was recently published in the Q1 journal “Nutrients”.
