Human Ressource

As the HR department, we support KL's strategic goals by addressing the needs of our employees. We are the point of contact for all personnel-related queries. 

Our tasks range from recruitment and selection to personnel administration, and from supporting the implementation of various management tools to developing existing employees. We are happy to advise on all matters relating to labour law and payroll accounting, including queries about business trips, parental leave and returning from parental leave.

We are also responsible for payroll accounting for external lecturers. We also support healthcare, workplace integration management and leadership development. We support KL employees and managers in reaching their full potential.
