The Division Physiology at the Karl Landsteiner University of Health Sciences announces a symposium entitled “Ion channels in brain diseases: causes, mediators, and drug targets”.

The symposium provides the unique opportunity to get first-hand insight into the manifold roles of ion channels from leading international experts of the field. The first part of the symposium (15:30 to 17:00) is intended to provide a general introduction into the topic.

The symposium is co-organised by KL University and the Innsbruck PhD program CavX - Calcium channels in excitable cells.
