The Long Night of Research is Austria's largest science and research event and takes place every two years – and 2026 is the next time.
On April 24, 2026, more than 200 exhibition venues with around 2,000 stations throughout the country will open their doors and invite curious visitors to experience the exciting world of research up close.
Under the motto “Participate – Marvel – Discover,” guests can expect a diverse program: guided tours, lectures, live presentations, interactive workshops, and experiments make science tangible and provide many “aha” moments.
The Karl Landsteiner University of Health Sciences will also be participating: On April 24, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., KL invites interested visitors to Wing Y for a varied program with hands-on workshops, exciting lectures, and informative stations!
