Interventional techniques such as conventional joint puncture and infiltration play an important role in many specialties (rheumatology - internal medicine, orthopaedics & traumatology; nuclear medicine and radiology; General Medicine; Physical Medicine and General Rehabilitation) play an important role. The second part of the course will again perfect skills of joint puncture and infiltration in the area of the shoulder, elbow and finger joints as well as the spine (facet joints) and sacroiliac joint through mainly practical exercises on anatomical preparations. The short theoretical overview of the anatomical conditions and the inclusion of pathology up to the clinical picture by practitioners rounds off this unique course cycle.
Both the lecturers and the instructors have many years of experience in performing conventional joint puncture and infiltration.
